The Berkley fillet knife features a stainless steel blade, with Titanium Nitride PVD coating for protection against corrosion and easier cutting through the fishs flesh. The curved blade design, provides a better working angle, to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum output. The bolsterless edge of the blade allows for use of the entire blade and makes sharpening easy.
