Daiwa BG Saltwater Spinning Reels are so smooth with digitally cut gears and seven ball bearings. Daiwa has redesigned these reels. These reels are powerful, yet priced just right.
The Daiwa BG reels are constructed with an aluminium body, the Digigear II drive is held firmly in place under loading, maintaining a smooth power transfer and winding feel. This is enhanced further by the presence of the graphite Air Rotor. Line release during the fight is also smooth thanks to the ATD with carbon washers.
This comprehensive range sweeps across the size mix, offering the same combination of design features and technology. From a 2500 for light main stream spinning right up to an 8000 for deep water and big lures. From the 4500 size up the anti-reverse has been designed out, ensuring even higher mechanical strength and maximum drive gear size.
The Daiwa BG Saltwater spinning reels are also available in Heavy Duty models, specially designed for shore jigging, slow jigging and boat fishing.
