This new material in the development of lures, has appeared in the Savage Gear production process. The density of Tungsten is comparable to that of Uranium and Gold, and much higher (about 1.7 times) than that of Lead. Tungsten’s hardness and high density make it suitable also in military applications in penetrating projectiles. The use of Tungsten metal in jigs, means that Savage Gear has reduced the size of the jig, while maintaining the same weight. This enables the angler us to achieve longer casts, as the wind resistance factor reduces significantly, as is the resistance against currents. Hence the Flatline TG sinks faster to the strike zone.
Precisely designed with the perfect body-to-mass ratio for superior casting ability, in any weather, this baby jig has an enticing flashing action on the fall and while jigging. When those curious predators do strike, theres no chance of a failed hook-up thanks to the formidable combination, of micro assist hooks and treble hooks.

The 3 cm/5g models are rigged with one rear treble hook. The 3.5cm/8gr, 4cm/12gr and 4.5cm/15gr size are rigged with a rear treble hook and a front micro-assist hook decorated with luminous tinsels.
