The CB One D3 Semilong metal jig produces a horizontal movement and has been designed to capture migratory species such as the Amberjack, in 15 – 30m of depth. CB One wanted to design a highly mobile jig, that moves like a minnow near the bottom and is easy to cast and jerk in horizontal and diagonal trajectories.
The balance of the D3 Semilong jigs has been designed to facilitate horizontal movement, following high-speed action, that cannot be achieved with conventional vertical jigs. The CB One D3 instantly responds to your rods work as they are light enough to produce continuous movement from high-speed combinations. Their hydrodynamic profile allows the sudden changes from short pitch twitches to full pitch and stop. By achieving fast-paced rod work, D3’s performance is maximized.
It is called Delta Balance. The design of the CB One D3 body produces excellent holding in a horizontal position. By maintaining a horizontal posture and reducing the fall speed between pauses, the D3 Semilong achieves excellent lateral mobility. It will respond to speed changes of rod work and improve the initial response and turning ability.
