This particular movement permits a notable accumulation of elastic potential energy in the blade, which is released in the return kick, transforming into thrust.
The thermoplastic rubber used for the water channeling rails, is extremely flexible and soft so as not to undermine the intrinsic characteristics of the blade.
A pair of anatomically shaped foot pads are included, depending on the thickness of the shock and the season you are using the blades.
Important Notice: Although the blade has the trademark Gara Turbo Impulse in the supportive images, the actual blade has Gara Modular Impulse printed on it. However this is actually the Gara Turbo Impulse blades, as the difference lays with the short, foot pocket, water channeling rails. Short water channeling rails allow the entire fin to bend, hence this is a fin targeting average weight, speargun hunters, who swim for many hours on the surface and need a tireless fin.
