The MoreCatch rod series is considered one of Crony’s flagships for Light Fishing styles, with lures. It is an inexpensive, but Premium rod series for Light and Heavy Rock Fishing enthusiasts, who are looking for something beautiful, reliable, economical, with an excellent quality-price ratio. The Morecatch rods have been designed to offer manufacturing quality, technical properties, strength and ergonomic handling, while offering a relaxing, fatigue free use. Of the above features, what really impresses is the blanks strength, for a rod of such low Casting Weight.
The Crony Morecatch is made of multi-layered carbon fibers, coming from leading Japanese company Toray, with a special weaving process, giving the rod strength and the benefit of direct transmission of information to the hand of the fisherman. The guides with which every MoreCatch rod is equipped are Fuji O, while the reel seat is made for Crony. The reel seat is durable and can withstand great pressure during battles.
Crony did not neglect the aesthetics of the MoreCatch rods and adopted a unique design, with a pearl effect, while it used very high quality paint and impressive red bindings on the guides. Its split handle is lightweight and made of natural cork.
The MoreCatch rods are available in two different models, at a length of 2.13m, with a Casting Weight of 3 to 10 gr and from 5 to 15 gr. Both rods are low in weight – 109 and 115 g respectively and their action is Medium Fast.
Crony Morecatch rods are made of two sections and can be mounted with small size Spinning (fixed spool) reels of 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 size. They are an excellent choice for Light and Heavy Rock Fishing anglers in freshwater and saltwater targeting larger prey than those corresponding to the particular fishing style.
