The Prorex AGS rods impress by their light weight and their stiff blank, which features a sensitive tip action. The SVF Nanoplus material cares for lightweight and stiff blanks with optimal resilience.

Thanks to the integration of Nano-Technology at the carbon fiber material the Daiwa Prorex AGS rods have become even more lightweight and strainable at the same time. The blank transmits every lure movement to the handle section and you feel even soft taps. The X45 blank construction reduces twisting during the cast and enables more targeted casts. An even action with an optimal bending curve under strain is guaranteed by the V-joint spigot joint.

An additional highlight is the use of Daiwas exclusive AGS carbon fiber guides, which are markedly lighter compared to conventional guides and additionally optimized the rods action and sensitivity. Carbon Rings AGS:The AGS guides are made with a carbon frame which does not absorb line vibrations. Instead they are designed to seamlessly transmit these vibrations directly into the blank, and ultimately the hands of the angler. The AGS rings, enrich the Daiwa Saltist collection.

AGS rings combined with the unique sensitivity of the rod, allows you to feel the slightest touch. In addition to being more sensitive these guides are also lighter than guides made out of conventional materials, which adds to the overall light and sensitive feel of the rods.

X45: This fabrication process is the superposition of spiral carbon fibers (90 ), unidirectional (0 ) fibers on three layers and two carbon layers laid by two opposing helical windings (45 ).These two additional crosswinds have given the name of Bias Cross Wrap.

Nanoplus:Daiwa uses Toray’s nanotechnology and optimizes it with its own manufacturing processes for a nanometer-resistant adjustment of the resins!Resin nano-fixation optimizes the bonding of the best Daiwa carbons to obtain ultra-high density blanks, which are more sensitive, lighter and stronger at the same time.

V-Joint:The structure of the V-Joint is a Bias carbon coiled at 45 .It improves the curvature and the action of the rod to the compression of the blank, during a launch or a fight.The Bias carbon of the V-Joint fitting has a perfect morphological memory and returns to its initial position as soon as the force exerted on the blank ends.
