Their blank is slim, the weight is low and the Casting Weight does not allow for casting sinkers, only lures. They are slim as Spinning rods, longer than Shore Jigging rods and lighter compared to Surf Casting rods. In saltwater fishing the Daiwa Tele Samurai can be used to cast lures far and target Seabass.
When it comes to freshwater fishing the Daiwa Samurai is used from Topwater fishing for predatory fish Pike, Zander, Perch, etc. to Carp styles.
