Based on the Surf Tribe and Metal Tribe rod series, Jackson has developed the Offshore Tribe for anglers who seriously enjoy offshore casting. All models are equipped with Jackson’s original blanks, which were developed from scratch, with materials to counter the strong pull of Bluefish and the powerful fight of Tuna. The guides setting is an original design, with double foot Fuji Sic Deep Pressed guides and Slim Sic rings.
The grips are also of an original Jackson design, to allow the angler to grip firmly at the right time.
The 80MH class rod, has been designed to be used with PE#4 – #6 and lure weight 60g-120g. This is a standard model for battling up to 40kg Tuna, with the use of medium to large plugs. The length is 2.44 m, which balances lure operability and casting distance.
The 78M is a Medium class rod, designed for PE#3 – #5 and lure weight between 50g-100g. This is an all-rounder rod, for near-shore fishing, suitable for 10kg class Bluefish, Amberjack, large Mahi-Mahi, and large Spanish Mackerel. The 2.34 m of length allows for great casting freedom, approach from any angle, and provides excellent lure operability.
All Jackson rods are JDM rods and comply with the quality standards for the Japanese market.
