This extendable transducer bracket is a clever and inexpensive way to maintain your Airmar 600w & 1Kw transducer in perfect condition. It allows the quick deployment of the transducer in and out of the water.
It is made of polyethylene, with stainless steel parts and is mounted in the transom hull. It enables you to lift the plate up and keep the transducer out of the water, for as long the boat is at harbor, or when you approach shallow waters, or the beach.
When you lower the transducer in the water, the bottom edge of the plate is even and does not exceed the transom, hence the smooth water flow, across the face of the transducer is secured.
