The Letoyo Telescopic Squid Gaff is a compact size, squid gaff, ideal for Eging. It allows the angler to lift squids (and also fish) up from the sea level, especially when fishing from an elevated position.
The Letoyo Gaff is easy to carry, as it does not get in your way, when moving from place to place. It is of compact size (30, or 40 cm depending on the model) and can be mounted on vests, or belts to have it within reach at all times. Comes with a safety belt to prevent the gaff from popping out unexpectedly.
This Gaff is also safe to use, as the hooks are not exposed, but out of touch, inserted in an EVA protective sleeve, at the tip of the Gaff when closed. By shaking, or simply pointing the Gaff forward, the sections deploy automatically, to reach its full length, or 3, or 4 meters, depending on the model. When fully deployed, it is still easy to handle, even with one hand.
To make it visible during landing, the last section, before the hooks is in a bright yellow color.
