After an exhaustive trial period Little Jack finally produced the center balanced, asymmetric left and right curved body of the Metal Adict 03 jig, that resembles the shape, size and motion of a natural sardine. The main action of the Metal Adict 03 is sinking and rolling, lift & fall, with cast and quick winding & jerk right under the water surface.

A major development was the way Little Jack placed the rear hook accompanied by a tinsel – closer to the lures body. This innovation has two side effects. Firstly, the jig looks like a straight worm, swimming horizontally, as the rear hook does not fluctuate with the lures motion. Secondly, the bilaterally asymmetric, curved body generates a fine horizontal action, but at the same time you can lift and release the jig to generate a lateral movement.

This jigs asymmetrical body is made exactly to come alive even at the slightest effort. Thus, it remains a very versatile and easy to uses jig even in the longest of fishing session. But its innovation lies in the fact that it stays vertical almost at the 90% of the time we use it in the water, in contrast with almost all other jigs that fall with their back part towards the sea at the slightest of pauses.

Steady retrieves: even at a dead slow pace Metal Addict jigs will hold their horizontal position providing a discreet rolling action just as a baitfish that is tired. We can use this method to scan vast areas or distant areas of water using our jig as a small swimming minnow.

Jerking: keep the rods tip high and jerk the jig for a classic presentation. It will swirl to the surface and fall again in an erratic manner.

Twitching: keep the rods tip low and twitch it in order that is rushes forward wobbling and rolling manically like a small fish in panic always staying horizontal. Pause and then repeat with several twitches before pausing again.

Slow Fall: remember that in all cases, the Metal Addict can fall almost horizontally. During pauses and while falling, it produces micro vibrations and flashes of light, unlike no other due to its odd shape. This jig is meant to stay alive even when our rod remains idle between jerks and pauses.
