The Major Craft Dangan 8 strand braided line has everything you would expect from a modern fishing line.The 8-ply braided threads were made in Japan and therefore can carry the quality mark “Made in Japan”.
The super tough polyethylene fibers come from the Japanese manufacturer of Toyobo fibers and textiles. The advanced fiber technology called ‘Gel Spinning Technology method’ has realized an extremely high strength high modulus ‘Super Fiber’ known as IZANAS and which shows high tensile strength, high modulus, high durability and enough other properties to call it Super Fiber.
The Major Craft Dangan has almost zero elasticity and very high sensitivity. Dangan X8has a coating treatment that enhances its passing through the rings and protects it over time.There is less friction in the rings and also less risk of wigs with this braid because of its relative stiffness.
This extremely soft and abrasion-resistant X8 braid from Major Craft is available in Green, or Multicolor versions. With the Multicolor variant, the color changes every 10m and therefore it is ideal for Shore and Offshore Jigging. The Dangan X8 Braid is available in 150, 200, or 300m spool depending on the design. Whether Spinning, Ultralight on trout, Jigging, Pike and Perch, or even heavy fishing with large baits, hard baits, or soft plastic’s in fresh & salt water, this Major Craft braid covers all areas of modern fishing.
