Its impressive appearance in golden color, the ergonomic design of the body and its handle, will catch your attention from the first glance. The sturdy aluminum body, includes 11 stainless steel bearings and the strong drag system with Carbon discs, compose a reel that incorporates the brutal stopping force of 15 kg, making it one of the most powerful reels in its class. With the Ryobi Varius you will be able to face really big catches, which will test our gear to its limits.
Ryobi has responded to the needs of the modern fishermen and kept the weight of the Varius at low levels, for long and relaxing fishing sessions. Other key features include the extra fast Gear Ratio at 7.0:1 and the Retrieve at 1 meter, making this reel ideal in fishing styles such as Light Jigging, Slow Jigging, Tai Rubber and Jigging.
The Star Drag in combination with the Level Wind (with ceramic material), which also works in the Free Spool, provide reliability and comfort while fishing.
