There are days that a minnow can do what jigs and sinking pencils can’t. That’s why I designed the Gravity Runner 100. With a bite size of 10 cm and in two weights, 37gr and 55gr, it has everything you need. Tungsten tunned, with a noisy rattle and most importantly, incredible movement even with moderate retrieve. Lures of this kind, need high recovery speed to work, and often do not work at the final casting length. The Gravity Runner however, works from the first crank, no matter how deep it is. Wire through reinforced design and with 4X treble hooks, it becomes a very important alternative in your fishing. This is a Savage lure for Savage anglers.

The Gravity Runner is a super reinforced, compact lure, capable of targeting big fish like Snappers, Tunas, Bonitos, Groupers, Barracudas, Bluefish, etc. The Gravity Runner 100 produces a strong and very stable action, defying weather and water conditions. It performs equally well when allowed to descent to the deeper end of the water column, or retrieved immediately, to cover every level. As is the case with lures in this category, they address experienced anglers, as this style of fishing is very demanding, from many point of views. The lures need to be retrieved in a fast pace in order to perform properly. Sometimes they tend to come upside down, sometimes they tangle up in the leader, or if you allow them to sink for a long period of time, especially in currents, trebles tend to snag on each other. Not anymore. In the Gravity Runner, Savage Gear has solved most of these issues, including treble to treble snagging.

This Savage Gear lure is perfect both for inshore and offshore fishing, as well as trolling.

Savage Gear has created two new colors for the Gravity Runner lures in 2024, namely the Saddled Seabream and the Sardine. In the new colors, they also added a magnet in their belly, which holds the front treble hook attached to the body of the lure, which theoretically reduces snagging on natural obstacles and resistance during casting.
