The Shimano Aero X3 Bolo is a fast-action, telescopic, Bolognese rod designed for both fresh water and saltwater float fishing. It is lightweight and responsive, resulting in excellent float control. The tip action is remarkably smooth and blends perfectly into the main fish-playing area of the rod.
If you are looking for a high quality Bolognese rod that offers great value for money, the Aero X3 is the perfect solution. Built on a Full Carbon blank youll be impressed with the lightness and balance of this fantastic rod. During its use youll appreciate the fast action, which makes float control precise, even when using the longer 7.00m models and the impressive tip speed that makes striking ultra fast, without being too severe.
The Aero X3 Bolo has a Full Carbon blank, that has been enhanced by HPC (High Pressure Carbon) technology. The result is a rod that combines a sensitive, fast tip action with a more mellow middle section for assured fish-playing and an ultra-stiff butt, for precise casting and float control. Available in both 6.00m and 7.00m lengths, there are 5 models ranging from a Medium (18g) action for general fishing, through to a powerful Heavy action (35g), designed for larger floats, or powerful fish in both fresh water, or saltwater.
To maximise the performance of the Shimano Aero X3 Bolo, lightweight Seaguide HLG guides have been used, which provided trouble free line management. A custom designed Shimano plate reel seat completes this impressive range of high quality, high value rods.
