The Shimano Sedona spinning rod series, has been developed with versatility in mind. The whole series consist of a blend of fast-action and moderate-action rods, that are perfectly fitted for the modern lure angler. The selected rod models, match better the needs of Mediterranean anglers and have fast action. They are mostly suitable to give life to Minnows, Silicone baits, or Poppers.
They are made of XT60 Carbon, signifying the high quality material, the light weight and the strong, but sensitive blank.
The Shimano Sedona have been developed with the Diaflash technology, a reinforced structure, that prevents twisting of the butt section in situations where high intensity is applied, for example during casting and fighting the fish. This technology conveys the pulling power of the angler to the target fish, without the loss of energy attributed to the flexing of the butt section.
