Shimano made it its mission to develop an entry level, LRF rd series, that offers an incomparable quality to price ratio and with the Vengeance CX Super Sensitive rods, it has nailed it. They are versatile, offer a wide range of Casting Weight classes and have modern finishing and top quality peripherals.
The Vengeance CX SS is an ideal rod for Light Rock beginners. Their blank is made of XT30 Carbon material, which is reliable and strong. The rod has moderate-fast action, which makes it very versatile in usage.
The handles are covered by natural cork, to provide a very comfortable grip and Shimano has equipped it with stainless steel guides.
