To set up the blank of the Arcard Real X, Slash company used high-quality carbon fibers and with the advanced X Cross Grid technology succeeded in creating a flexible rod, ideal for squid fishing, avoiding the tearing of their sensitive tentacles.

Slash uses Fuji K-Series stainless guides to prevent line snags, or wind knots, in high wind conditions. The ceramic material in all the guides is Sic-S. With this choice Slash has achieved functionality and braid protection, without raising the rods cost.
