The aim of these Jig Heads is to look delicate and at the same time to be able to handle weight and pressure. The hook of the Mebaring Star jig heads has high carbon concentration and can stand much burden, without bending easily. Its overall obtuse angle can handle, even to abrupt strikes which usually fail to hook a fish. As the barb of this Tict jig head, points upwards, it has a better and more immediate penetration. This angle has been adopted from all the companies that manufacture light fishing gear and has become the dominant trend. The same angle allows our soft, or biodegradable lure to slip through the shank easily and to get attached effortlessly to the hook.
It is the same shape of the Mebaring Star that suggests its great advantage, that being fishing by twitching. A small flake which has been cut off from the front of the jig head, gives the necessary resistance to enliven our lure, when at the same time it allows us to fish the same soft lure, with simple retrieve.
