The Accura 100H lets you control a wide range of lure weights and types (jigs, popper plugs, diving pencil plugs, etc.) with power equal to the HH class. The Accura 100H is a genuine, high-function, all-round rod that maintains adequate pressure on fish with minimal tiredness.

The Accura100H Ocean has been developed to be a Shore Jigging rod with which you can fish for long hours without fatigue. This model has been redesigned to meet the needs of diversifying long leader rigs and thicker leader sizes, featuring an updated large guide configuration.

Redesigned with large guides to accommodate the variety of long leader systems and thicker leaders. The butt guide is a sturdy, large diameter Ocean Guide #40. By increasing the guide size, Zenaq has increased tolerance for the wide variety of line systems that use different leaders, spacers and knots. In total, the Muthos Accura 100H Ocean has 9 guides. The top 5 guides of the tip section, are all T-KWSG12 size #12 guides. This ensures comfortable line release even with heavy line rigs.

Less effort is required when casting, or producing lure action, but the rods true potential will be appreciated during real fights, against big targets. What is DBL (Deep Bias Layered) Structure? An infinity of patterns for blank production exists in the market, including variations in the elasticity, thickness, amount of resin, and fiber angle in the carbon material which is a key element in blank production – as well as in the taper design of mandrel. Amongst the infinite combinations of these elements, DBL Structure finds the optimal Material Heavy Layering (Deep) and optimal Fiber Direction (Bias) and stacks these (Layered). This blank design technology brings together elements we seek in rods such as delicacy and lightness. The DBL manufacturing method allows for the required torque and power, fulfills the necessary action, durability, and flexibility. Its development called for high-level blank producing technologies in composing complex carbon materials, including the painstaking work to discover the optimal choices from among infinite combinations.

What are the benefits for the angler using a Zenaq rod, made with the DBL Technology? The stronger a blank is, the more power is needed to bend it. To cast light weight lures, a merely soft tip, is not enough to achieve sufficient casting distance and direction. Flexibility and powerful strength, from the middle to the butt section is also necessary. When a baseball player throws a ball, neither ball speed, nor direction, can be obtained only by swinging the arm. What is needed is “strength of the lower body and upper body. Lure casting also requires suppleness and resilience from the middle to the butt, to stabilize distance and direction. The Accura 95H has been designed with Zenaq’s new DBL Structure technology, that bends according to the load, in order to cast lures from 30g to 230g stably.

Zenaqs innovative ergonomic foregrip, known as theHexagonal grip, has been designed to fit an anglers hands comfortably, giving him a huge advantage when fighting large fish. Action with Jigs

The Muthos Accura100H is a fast action rod. That means that the angler must adapt his technique according to the aggressive character of the rod. When I used the Muthos Accura 100H for the first time, after using for a long time the Muthos 96HH, that is a moderate action rod, I had trouble getting strikes. In the end, I figured out that this fast action rod, needs much less angle of movement in order to give proper action to the jig. The response of the jig is instant, so even with half pitch jerks, the jig reacts perfectly even in the deeper levels of the water column. At the same time it is a sensitive and not a stiff rod. The Accura 100H can become extremely technical and help the angler understand and extract all the qualities of each jig. With a rod like this, it is easy to use blade jigs, as well as shorter, or even Slow Jigging lures. It works perfectly with jigs starting at 70 gr up to 150 gr and to depths between 15 and 50m. The rods kickback is so powerful that actually sets the hook by itself, with minimal effort. The same goes for the casting distance. The Zenaq Muthos Accura 100H produces an outstanding casting performance that will positively surprise the angler. With minimum effort, the rod performs an explosive casting that reaches lengths of 100m easily, with jigs of 100gr.

Action with Lures

The Muthos Accura 100H has been designed with the modern style of shore fishing in mind and can be perfectly combined with both jigs and lures. The fast action of the rod, allows the angler to use a very wide variety of lures, including big Minnows, Sinking Pencils, Top Water and Softbaits. Casting a Popper, or a Jighead with a silicon lure is more enjoyable than ever and the rod transfers in real time all the details from the lure to the anglers hand.

To summarize the Muthos Accura 100H has been developed for controlling big fish, that live near the bottom and are able to cut the leader line on sharp rocks. With a drag pre-set in the range between 5 and 7kg, this rod is a monster slayer and gives the angler all the qualities he needs, like raw power, ultimate casting ability and a significant boost in confidence. When it comes to pelagic species this Zenaq rod is a real tool, as it will manage to stop even a 5-10 kg Amberjack from running away and will force bigger prey to succumb to its power in a matter of minutes. The Zenaq Muthos Accura H comes with the standard Fuji T-KWSG guides. Every guide is double footed and double wrapped to last a long time.
